We have a rare opportunity for a Business Development Director to come and join our Highways work winning team to lead on the development and updating of Kier Highway's 5-year Sector and account plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing relationships with prioritised key stakeholders, including developing a rolling three-year plan for targeting highways maintenance and capital project market opportunities across the UK.
  • Lead the identification and development of marketing campaigns to influence as to the benefits of intelligence-led / relationship contracting and whole life service provision over a simple direct contracting model
  • Supporting the development of business across the range of services currently and potentially offered by Kier Group.
  • Promote and enhance the Kier brand and reputation with clients and key stakeholders including other suppliers.
  • Identify clients needs and ensure this is cascaded within the business so we can test and evidence how we deliver against these requirements.
  • Oversee the management of individual staff and project teams to ensure their allocation of tasks and management of workloads achieve efficient and effective service delivery
