Based in West Thurrock, Essex the Downwell Group of companies provide Demolition, Scaffolding and Asbestos Removal Services to the Construction Industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to grow the business for Downwell Demolition and identify opportunities for the other group companies. Working closely with our Contracts Manager your role will include: • Identifying new project/tender opportunities and make contact with prospective clients through construction portals • Maintaining and developing existing client relationships • Attending Networking Events and Exhibitions • Arranging client meetings Ideally you will have experience of the demolition industry and the salary and benefits package will reflect this.
