Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you'll lead efforts to expand global partnerships and strengthen client relationships in the outsourcing and logistics space. You'll design strategies that fuel business growth, align client needs with tailored BPO solutions, and contribute to scaling operations worldwide.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in Business Development with a proven track record in outsourcing or BPO sales.

Market Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry, particularly customer service and support functions.

International Exposure:

  • Experience working with clients in international markets, particularly North America.

Sales Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strategic, consultative approach.

Motivation & Drive:

  • Self-starter who is target-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Tools:

  • Proficient with CRM systems and other business development tools.

Important:

  • Candidates without experience selling outsourcing or BPO services will not be considered.

Your Daily Tasks

New Business Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding outsourcing and BPO presence, especially in customer service functions across international markets (particularly North America).

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, offering tailored BPO solutions aligned with their operational goals.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide input on positioning and messaging to ensure alignment with client needs and market demands.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to leadership to support data-driven decisions.

Work Setup Flexibility:

  • Work both onsite and in a hybrid capacity depending on business needs and performance metrics.
