A leading Facade material including natural stone and systems supplier for Architects, Designers, Clients, Contractors and Installers are looking for a target driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Hertfordshire.

You will be promoting a range of external decorative cladding, with the focus on tracking projects in the residential high-rise sector. Paid up to £35K Basic plus OTE + package

As the Business Development Manager you will be

  • Facade Business Development Manager will be Tracking and winning Residential and Commercial projects, with emphasis on the refurbishment / re-cladding sector
  • Business Development Manager will specialise in timber, cladding and structural frames
  • Business Development Manager Equally influencing and winning projects from architects, main contractors, cladding contractors and housing associations
  • Business Development Manager will learn the companies' products range
  • Business Development Manager will be out in the field as well as office based
  • Business Development Manager will be attending meetings with stakeholders
  • Business Development Manager will plan and manage their own workload.
  • Business Development Manager will generate and convert their own leads for new business.
  • Business Development Manager will be within east access to Hertfordshire

Sales Executive must

  • Business Development Manager must have a structured approach to solution sales
  • Business Development Manager with a cladding and building background would be preferable
  • Business Development Manager must have good presentation & communication skills are essential
  • Business Development Manager must have a sales background from around the construction industry with a proven track record
  • Business Development Manager will be paid £30k-£35K basic dependant on experience + Bonus scheme with OTE earnings, laptop, mobile, pension & 26 day's holiday with plans for growth, and scope for progression.
