* Building relationships with customers

The successful Business Development Manager will have:
* Background as an Business Development Manager or similar
* Good understanding of mechanical engineering
* 80% new business, 20% account management
* Sales executives etc. wanting to take a step up would be considered
* Willing to learn and enthusiastic
* Live commutable to Manchester and happy to travel around
