Role Summary

As the Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the efforts to expand their client base and increase revenue. From identifying opportunities to building long-lasting relationships, you'll help the business reach new heights in the property maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

    Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities. Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to landlords, letting agents, and property managers.
Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

    Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure long-term contracts. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract new clients.
Representation and Networking:

    Represent the business at industry events and conferences. Build a network of valuable connections within the property maintenance and management industry.
Performance Monitoring:

    Track and analyse business development activities to ensure objectives are met. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional with:

    3-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the property or maintenance industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A talent for building and nurturing strong relationships. A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A full UK driving license.
