We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our clients flexible conduit product line within the HVAC market. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategies, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to expanding market presence. Working cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and customer service teams, you'll play a key role in driving sales and promoting high-quality conduit solutions.
Market Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify and engage HVAC customers-OEMs, contractors, and distributors-to drive flexible conduit sales.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to accelerate growth in your assigned region.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot new opportunities and emerging needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders in the HVAC sector.
- Present flexible conduit solutions, highlighting their durability, flexibility, and protective performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and lead high-level negotiations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth by achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Track key performance metrics, including pipeline management, lead conversion, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional strategies and sales materials for the HVAC market.
Product Knowledge & Technical Support
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of flexible conduits and their applications in HVAC systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers through product demos and presentations.
- Work with the product team to ensure customer feedback influences product innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align on customer needs, forecasts, and market demands.
- Collaborate with technical and product management teams to support customised HVAC applications and client specifications.
What You Bring:
- Experience in HVAC sales or related fields; electrical or mechanical component knowledge is a plus.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a technical sales environment.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and conduit applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
