Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM-4.30 PM

About the Company: We are a marketing agency offering a wide range of services to our clients, including paid advertising campaigns, design, social media management, website development, and more. As a growing agency, we are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base in the digital marketing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your proven sales and lead generation experience to identify potential market sectors that can benefit from our services.
  • Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns using various channels such as email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and more.
  • Engage in telesales, cold calling, outreach programs, and email campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Conduct meetings with companies, present our services, and actively pursue potential clients.
  • Promote our leading brand as well as our subsidiary software products, including a suite of HR and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and lead generation, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for business development and driving growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies using various channels.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of content creation, paid advertising, website development, branding, and SEO is advantageous.

Please note:

  • This is a full-time, in-house position requiring on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM-4.30 PM.
  • Relocation or reliable daily commuting to Rochdale, OL16 5EA is required.
