We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a complete security services provider accredited to work within multiple industries and an industry leader in fully managed CCTV services.

As a result of continued expansion we are seeking to recruit the best talent to work for their team and are seeking Business Development Managers with drive, a positive attitude and a determination to succeed.

We are seeking individuals with excellent people skills and entrepreneurial spirit keen to apply their experience whilst learning new selling techniques within the CCTV and security industry. You will be results orientated and enjoy making your own mark.

Our client is keen to expand their business nationwide across a variety of environments and challenges in response to their clients' needs. We're looking for sales people that want to prove they can grow and manage a region of their own.
Our client is a growing security services company providing CCTV, Security Guarding and associated security services to clients across the construction industry and UK infrastructure. their year on year growth means that they need more people with the right attitude to identify new opportunities and to build their own area.

Based from home you must be self-motivated, independent and willing to prove to others that you can be a success. Our client works in a mixture of environments, from office blocks to construction sites, so please don't apply if you're looking for a simple 9 to 5 role.

Our clients' most successful BDM's will complete around 48 site visits and contact or meet with 10 decision makers each week. These numbers allow them to complete 4 quotations per week and exceed their monthly targets. A simple, clear commission scheme means you will be rewarded well for your individual achievements.

You will be provided with industry specific training, along with ongoing sales coaching on how to complete the sales cycle, from a site visit to winning the business. You must be willing to learn with the flexibility to constantly review processes and results to identify areas of improvement.

You will be the face of our client to new prospects and the first point of contact to existing clients in your area.

We are currently looking to recruit 3 BDM's to cover the following locations:
1. Yorkshire & Humberside
2. East Midlands
3. West Midlands

Salary for this position is £26,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience and includes a company car therefore candidates must hold a full driving licence (max 6 points).
