This exciting opportunity is based in a beautiful modern state of the art campus in Loughton; The location has great transport links being just minutes away from the central line and along several popular bus routes. The Ideal Person
Essential:
·Successful and proven sales background in a target driven environment
·Experience of undertaking organisational training needs analysis/Skills reviews
·Experience of working in a team environment
·Experience of stakeholder and employer engagement activity
·Able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing at all levels
·Able to use IT systems including Word, Excel, e-mail, presentation software, CRM
·and social media applications
·Commitment to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable
adults
·Understanding of Safeguarding & Prevent Legislation and its application within the educational sector
·Able to work flexibly and to target, to tight deadlines
·Able to remain calm under pressure
·Excellent networking & relationship management skills
·Knowledge of Consultative and other types of selling skills
·Have an understanding of Equality of Opportunity and how it impacts on the work of this role
·Possess a logical approach to decision making
Desired (not essential):
·Educated to level 2 or equivalent
·Trainer or Assessor Qualification
·Sales Qualification
·Experience of working in training and/or further education
·Experience of identifying and responding to new business growth opportunity
·Experience of account management and use of CRM systems
·An awareness of how to develop learning opportunities suited to the needs local/regional employers
·Have an understanding of current issues in apprenticeship and further education training including Funding Rules and eligibility
