Protocol are partnered with an 2019 Employee Well-being Awarded College in the Gloucestershire area. We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Support Officer to join the Business Development Team full-time, 37 hours a week, for up to the next 12 weeks.

We want to hear from individuals who possess strong customer service skills and can demonstrate experience of monitoring and managing CRM systems.
Role responsibilities
To cover Business Development work within the Business Hub
Lead generation and follow up on marketing campaigns to book client meetings for the field-based sales team and updating the CRM system to reflect this.
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries from any source, establishing the nature of the sales call/enquiry and dealing with them or allocating them to the most appropriate person. This includes leading the employer through the early stages of the sales process.
Monitor, cleanse and lead on the use of the CRM system, train and support colleagues in its use and produce sales/activity reports.
Actively help to identify and place applicants from our apprenticeship candidate pool with employers and work closely with the recruitment team as and when required.
Monitor and analyse competitor activity and work with the business development team to identify sales and engagement opportunities with local employers to generate income for the college.
Work with colleagues across the wider department and college to ensure good service for our employers and students.
Co-ordinate the annual employer survey
Work closely with the marketing team to keep the employer content up to date on the college website and co-ordinate sales materials for the department.
The person & qualifications
Strong Customer Service Skills
Experience Monitoring and Managing CRM systems
Experience in a similar role
Educated to level 3 NVQ/BTEC in Business/Sales or Marketing
Sales experience
