SALARY: £10.55 - £11.15 per hour + statutory holiday pay

HRG is working on behalf of an established Further Education College within the Hertfordshire area and is looking for a Business Support Coordinator to provide confidential, effective and efficient administration support to the Deputy Principal and other Senior Managers

The Role:

This role will be working with several Departments within the college; aspecs of the role include, but are not limited to;
*Managing the appointments and diaries on behalf of the Deputy Principal and SLT
*Organizing internal and external meetings - Creating agendas and taking minutes as required
*Liaise with auditors on the internal Audit plan and coordinate updates on recommendations
*Raising purchase orders for the sub contract provision
*Manage the lettings of the colleges facilities
*Arranging international travel for the Deputy Principle and his travel companions.

The Ideal Candidate will:

*Have a proven track record in a similar role.
*Be highly organised
*Experience of working word, excel and other Microsoft applications
*Have great customer service skills
*Not be afraid to up manage when required.
*Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.

This role is for a 6-month contract.
