Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Manager (IMS), you'll be working within the Infrastructure team, supporting with to manage the review process of the Infrastructure Integrated Management System, whilst facilitating change, improvement and effective delivery across all areas of the business stream.
Your day to day will include:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to support certification to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, and any other specific system requirements within the division e.g., Rail
- Facilitate the creation, review, implementation, and maintenance of the Infrastructure IMS, whilst ensuring compliance with Kier Group Standards and ISO certifications.
- Provide support to maintain registration to all relevant certifications and accreditations.
This role of Business Systems Manager (IMS) is great for you if:
- ?5 years' experience leading and managing Business or Quality Assurance including Management Systems in a construction/non-construction environment.
- Good knowledge of ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Experience of implementing or managing ISO certified management systems.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written at all levels.
- Experience of using of Microsoft Office suite, Visio, SharePoint, and Office 365
