CAD Designer - modular buildings

to £40,000 depending on experience
Great opportunity to take your career to join a market leader who seek a CAD Designer to strengthen their design team. This role will enable you to become involved with projects at enquiry stage through to site handover, and with a good variety of clients.
Working as part of a close-knit team including Designers, you will be able to increase your knowledge as well as pass on what you have learned previously from your own experience. Working on a wide and interesting range of projects including schools, hospitals, offices you will be involved from enquiry stage (liaising with various specialist subcontractors) through production and finally to support Project Manager colleagues during the installation phase.
You will need:
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Proven track record of Modular building design, or alternatively caravans, light gauge steel or other offsite construction
- Good working knowledge of Building Regulations
- Revit experience would be highly advantageous
- You will need your own transport and a driving licence
