Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the Surrey, Walton-On-Thames area who are looking for a highly skilled Call Handler to join their team.

Purpose of the Job - Call Handler

    Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.

    Responding to customer queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues effectively.

    Logging all calls and updating customer records accurately on internal systems.

    Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

    Making outbound calls when required, including follow-ups and information requests.

    Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection/GDPR regulations.
