JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Newton Heath for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site in Newton Heath on a long term basis. You must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
This caretaker role is ongoing. The role will be from 11am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Liasing with other staff on site
?Key holder and duties
