JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker/Key Holder required in Bury for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site in Bury on a long term basis. You must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
This caretaker role is ongoing. The role will be 8am - 3pm one week, following week 2pm - 9pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Cleaning
?DIY
?Liasing with other staff on site
?Key holder and duties
