JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker/Key Holder required in Collyhurst for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site in Collyhurst. You must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
This caretaker role is initially cover. The role will be a split shift 6.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 6.00pm so would suit someone who lives locally.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Cleaning
?DIY
?Liasing with other staff on site
?Key holder and duties
