JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Spekefor an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will be on a contract basis but could lead to permanent position. Must have an enhanced DBS
HOURS
Monday to Friday
6:30am - 12:30pm OR 12pm - 6:30pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Maintenance duties on site
?Key holder - opening and locking building
?Liaising with contractors on site
