JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Hyde for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will be on a contract basis but could lead to permanent position.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
Shifts times will be between 6am - 9pm (7.5 hours a day)
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Maintenance duties on site
?Basic joinery work
?Key holder - opening and locking building
?Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements for the role
?Must be willing to go through an enhanced DBS
?Maintenance experience
