Caretaker Required

Salary: GBP New rates - 11.94 HWP / £13.25 PIR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Caretaker required in Bury for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

Initially covering long term sickness.

HOURS

Monday to Friday
6:30am - 2:30pm 4 days a week
2pm - 10pm 1 day

Daily responsibilities will include:

*Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
*Key holder - opening and locking building
*Liaising with contractors on site

Requirements for the role

*Must have an enhanced DBS
*Maintenance experience
