JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Levenshulme for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site in Levenshulme on an initial temporary basis. You must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
This caretaker role is a long term position. The hours for the role will be either 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm (Monday - Friday). On the occasional time, additional hours may be required to cover staff.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Cleaning duties
?Liasing with other staff on site
?Key holder and duties
