JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker with an Enhanced DBS required in Shaw, Oldham for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team to cover 2 sites in Shaw (10 minutes' drive apart)
This caretaker role will be on an ongoing contract basis, the role will be 35 hours a week Monday-Friday.
The role will be on a shift pattern as per below:
7am - 10am and 2pm - 6pm (opening and locking up at both sites)
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Fabric work
?Key holder and duties
Requirements for the role
?Enhanced DBS
?Driving License
