Caretaker with enhanced DBS required for work on a site based in Dunston

This is a temporary contract, starting ASAP and going on until at least the Christmas break with potential to be extended

  • Monday to Friday
  • Will be required to open up and close site
  • Daily Split Shifts - 6.30am - 9am & 3.00pm - 6.30pm (30 hours per week)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cleaning duties
  • Compliance Tests
  • Site Maintenance
  • Opening & Closing site
  • Room set ups
  • Taking in deliveries
  • Fire Alarm checks

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in carrying out general maintenance work
  • Basic DIY skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Computer Skills
