JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Handyman to cover minor maintenance jobs, portering etc. Our client is looking for an experienced handyman with maintenance experience to join the team.

The Maintenance Handyman role will be 37.5 hours a week 8:30am - 4:30pm. Monday-Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Minor maintenance duties
  • Portering
  • Setting up
  • Planned and preventative maintenance
  • Fabric duties
  • Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
  • Carrying out work safely and efficiently
  • Building relationships with clients on site

Requirements for the role

  • Experienced Maintenance Handyman/Caretaker
  • PPM experience
  • Driving License
  • Good customer care skills
