Contract: Permanent - Part time
Hours: 30 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 6 hours per day

Kier Facilities Management are looking to recruit Caretaker, who will report to the Contract Manager, where successful post-holder will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, operational running and security/supervision of the site and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
We will look to you to carry out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations and removals; ensure the site is well maintained and well presented at all times (Daily cleaning and litter picking); and manage the Site Security, unlocking and locking of all doors, entries and exits - ensuring the site is secure but accessible at all times.
