Location: West London
Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 per annum

We are looking for a Carpenter to join the team and help maintain and improve social housing properties across West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned carpentry repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
  • Kitchen installations
  • Repairing or replacing kitchen worktops, doors, windows, skirting boards, locks and handles, floorboards, etc.
  • Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery
  • Basic Criminal Record Check
