Location: Ealing
Salary: £36,000 per annum

We are looking for a Carpenter to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in Ealing.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
  • Repairing or renewing doors
  • Source and fit various different locks (i.e. sash, mortise, night latch, euro cylinders, etc.)
  • Kitchen repairs, including worktop replacement, unit replacement, kick boards, and basic sheet flooring.
  • Replacing rotten floorboards, joist repairs, etc.
  • Basic plumbing repairs (ability to remove sinks/WHB and toilets)
  • Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedules

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
