Position: Modular Build Multi-Trader

Start Date: January

Location: Lancashire, Preston

Salary: TBC

Duration: 3-6 Months

Hours: 07.30am - 17.00pm

Our client is a leading player within the modular build sector. They recently won a large contract to manufacture several pods for a new build accommodation block. We've been approached to source six modular multi-traders with a carpentry background to work on various phases of the build. Working in a workshop environment you will be required to carry out a range of duties including manufacturing steel frames, cladding, second fix, decorating.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the Modular Build Sector
  • Adaptable & flexible to undertake a range of duties across different trades
  • Proficient with using a range of tools
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail
