CSCS Carpenter - Construction

Job Type: Contract

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Kensington & St johns Wood

Salary £20 - £22ph

A CSCS Carpenter is required for 2 long term projects both specialising in high end residential house refurbishments. Our client is looking for an experienced Carpenter to work in either Kensington or St Johns Wood.

Daily Responsibilities for Carpenter are:

• Installing Plaster boards
• Installing air tightness membrane
• Construct and repair wooden frameworks
• Installing architraves and skirting
• Match materials to requested design specifications
• Measures building materials and spaces for installation accurately

The Contract is for 4 months with working hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements of a Carpenter:

• CSCS Card
• Own tools
• Comfortable doing first and second work
