Salary: £35,105 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join one of the largest housing associations in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities of a Carpenter are:

  • Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned carpentry repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
  • Fitting kitchens and worktops
  • Hanging doors
  • Skirting boards
  • Replacing floorboards
  • Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required

Requirements of a Carpenter are:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Carpentry & Joinery
  • DBS certificate
  • Previous experience working within the social housing environment
  • Own trade specific tools
