Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour
We are recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team in West London on a local council contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking repair/renewal works
- Advising Supervisor in a timely manner where other trades are required
- Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects
- Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
- Working in a timely and productive manner to complete project
- Affording excellent customer service to client representatives
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry OR Carpenter CSCS Card
- Basic DBS Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
Benefits:
- 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
