Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to deliver a range of courses from entry to degree level in industry standard facilities. This role is permanent, full time, and based in a college in Northamptonshire.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about carpentry & joinery and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry & joinery, experience of teaching, in industry, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
The person & qualifications
A level 3 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery
A teaching qualification
Industry experience
Experience teaching Carpentry & Joinery across a range of levels, up to HE
Ability to methodically plan student progress and record effectively
Theoretical and practical knowledge to teach a range of topics within specified subject area
