Protocol are partnered with a fantastic college based in East London. Together we are looking to recruit a carpentry lecturer on a temporary basis, the successful candidate would be delivering 20 hours per week. The rate of pay will be £20-£27 per hour plus statutory holiday pay, dependant on skills and experience.



Role responsibilities

Level 2 NVQ work based completing their diploma learners and higher level 3 candidates on Diplomas.
To deliver learning, plan and undertake assessment on an agreed range of programmes, using an appropriate range of learning methods and activities, including new technologies.
Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of this post
One to one student engagement.
To mark student work in a timely fashion and provide good feedback to drive improvement.


The person & qualifications
Must have Essential Skills/Experience in Carpentry.
Carpentry experience - with teaching learners at Level 3.
PGCE DTLLS Level 3 Carpentry.
DBS on the update service or within 12 months
