Position Overview: As a Cashbook Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions efficiently. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the cashbook records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to gain experience in the finance department of a dynamic property company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the cashbook records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process incoming and outgoing payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department to ensure financial data is up-to-date.
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
