Recording all diagnostic information during use, MicReD® Power Tester 600A lets electric and hybrid vehicle (EV/HEV) engineers test power electronics for mission-critical thermal reliability and lifecycle performance. Power cycles are fully automated, and T3Ster® structure function yields non-destructive failure-in-progress data for each IGBT. Up to 8 testers can be chained together to power cycle up to 128 IGBTs simultaneously in system test.
