Protocol are partnered with an excellent college based in Bristol, together we are searching for a catering lecturer to deliver level 2 and 3. The successful candidate will be working 4 days per week
Role responsibilities
The lecturer will be in charge of the of planning of teaching and assessing of both L2 &L3 students in production kitchen class
Plan the menu for the lunch service
Teach theory and kitchen skills class for C&G CULINARY SKILLS
Complete the food ordering daily for all of the classes needs across the week
The person & qualifications
Run Production kitchen classes for the College Green lunch time service 3 days of the week - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Teaching Qualification
Minimum of a L3 qualification in subject area
Experience of assessing students work, and previous teaching exp at level 2 and 3.
