We're looking for a CEEQUAL Assessor to join our Environment Agency team based in the South West. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

Partial CEEQUAL assessments are required across all qualifying (by project value) projects within the South West Environment Agency Collaborative Delivery Framework where Kier is acting as the Principal Contractor.

The CEEQUAL Assessor will co-ordinate assessments with Kier project teams, the Environment Agency and the designer and the CEEQUAL appointed Verifier with the target of attaining a CEEQUAL 'Very Good' rating as a minimum and 'excellent' rating as a stretch target.

The CEEQUAL assessor will also be expected to support project teams develop supporting project and environmental & social sustainability management processes at both pre-con and construction stage to help drive improvements in line with the overall objective of the CEEQUAL assessment.

The assessor will also support improved communication of good and best practice and lessons learnt across projects to support a cycle of continuous improvement

The assessor will provide training to teams, as appropriate, to support improved understanding of the CEEQUAL process and provision of evidence

  • Initial screening of questions with the EA, establishing appropriate questions set for projects
  • Briefing project teams on CEEQUAL questions and evidence needs
  • Co-ordination of evidence gathering from across multiple projects
  • Upload of evidence and supporting commentary to the CEEQUAL online platform
  • Generating evidence and commentary for upload
What do we need from you?

  • Experience of managing and co-ordinating data provision
  • Ability to collaborate with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders and experience of working with external partners
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
