This is Monday-Friday 40 hour week.

What you'll do: as a Chef de Partie:

  • Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team

  • Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods

  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts

  • Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop

  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations?

  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:?

  • Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including

  • Experience in menu planning and production?

  • Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking?
