We at Protocol are working with an established FE college in the Surrey area to recruit an experienced Level 7 qualified CIPD Lecturer to deliver the CIPD level 5 course one evening per week. This establishment offer a comprehensive range of core skills, technical and professional qualifications and courses, as well as Apprenticeships ranging from Entry Level up to Degree Level courses including Degree Apprenticeships.

This college have recently embarked on an exciting journey having merged with another reputable FE entity in the local area. Together they form a new and large group across the Surrey vicinity priding themselves on their close working relationships with employers in their local areas and beyond to collaborate in curriculum development and student employment.

We are seeking an advanced Professional who holds a strong background in the delivery of CIPD courses up to and inclusive of Level 5. If you are looking for a challenge in which you can inspire and educate the next generation of HR professionals we want to hear from you.



Role responsibilities
Full delivery of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) course
The person & qualifications
Hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification
Have demonstrable previous experience of delivering CIPD courses up to and inclusive of Level 5
Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to undertake the qualification
Hold a a current membership with CIPD
Hold relevant Industry experience
