Protocol are recruiting for a leading FE College situated in Wigan, to join them on a permanent basis as a Civil Engineering Assessor. This role is 4 days per week.

Named FE College of the Year 2018 at the Educate North Awards, our client has distinct ambitions to expand its choice of programmes and services to meet the needs of the local community and support the economic transformation of surrounding areas.
Role responsibilities:
Support apprentices by carrying out workplace assessments, reviews, setting actions and preparing them for end point assessment on professional standards at Levels 3 - 5.
IQA duties within an existing team and developing the College's offer of apprenticeship standards in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.
Motivating students to excel in their subject area.
The person & qualifications:
Minimum of a Level 4 qualification in Civil Engineering.
Hold a recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent)
Have an understanding of all aspects of workplace assessment.
