Civil Engineering Technician - Bristol (Consultancy)
Are you an ambitious Civil Engineering Technician looking to develop your career with a civils led design consultancy in Bristol?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growing consultancy that specialises in residential development design projects, covering:
- Drainage design (private and adoptable)
- Highways design (private and adoptable)
- External works and earthworks
You will play an important role in supporting engineers with the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions for clients across the residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing detailed design drawings for drainage and highways schemes
Working with engineers on designs for Section 38, 104, 278 agreements
Producing technical drawings using AutoCAD
Using Site 3D software (experience desirable but not essential - training will be provided)
Supporting the preparation of engineering reports and documents
Requirements:
Proven experience using AutoCAD in a civil engineering design environment
Interest in residential development projects
Knowledge of drainage and highways design principles (preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a consultancy team
Enthusiastic to learn new software and skills (training provided for Site 3D)
