Civil Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join a well-established civil engineering and construction contractor that has been operating for over 50 years. They have successfully delivered bespoke projects from start to completion with their skill set being commercial, residential, demolition and many more. They are looking to find a project manager to join their team to assist and drive developments forward in the Midlands area.
Skills & Experience required for your application to be successful:
- Proven experience managing civil engineering project from £2 Million to £20 Million plus.
- Effective team management, with the ability to communicate and build healthy working relationships.
- Experience managing various projects.
- Strong knowledge within Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Managing all aspects of procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support site managers.
- Come together with the directors and other stakeholders to provide regular progress updates.
- Communicate with clients and solve any queries or questions they may have.
- Use software to manage progress, budgets, and project performance.
