Civil Site Manager required for 8 days holiday cover on a site in Skelton Lake to start Friday 8th September
- Cover is required from Friday 8th September - Tuesday 19th Sept
- This will be managing and overseeing labour on a Civils project - Drainage & General Earthworks
- Work is based in Skelton Lake, LS9
- Rate is negotiable and can be paid CIS, Umbrella or PAYE
- Min of 8 hours per day
- SMSTS & First Aid required aswell as previous experience within a similar role
Duties
- Day to day management of site and operatives
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
- The Site Manager will be required to monitor progress of job against programme, ensuring relevant paperwork is up to date including risk assessments and method statements
- Ordering of materials and plant
- Monitoring and tracking costs
- Liaising with clients, contractors and employees on a daily basis
- Reporting directly into the contracts manager on a regular basis.
Requirements
- SMSTS
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager on Civils Projects and be able to provide references to validate this
- Proof of right to work documents
- First aid
