Civil Site Supervisor / Working Foreman required to manage a plot works site based in Newcastle starting ASAP
The ideal candidate will be very experienced with plot works as this is the work being carried out on the site required.
- Role will be starting in ASAP
- Rate is negotiable, rate will vary depend on payment option
- Temp - Permanent opportunity for the appropriate candidates
- Managing a housing site supervising a team of groundworkers and operatives (and assisting when required)
- Hours are a minimum of 40 hours per week, overtime for hours worked over this
Role
- Reporting directly to contracts manager
- Liasing with clients, contractors and employees on a daily basis
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors - putting lads to work
- Must be happy to do paperwork, permits etc
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
- Ordering Materials
- Creating site reports, drawings, rams and risk assessments
- Mucking in when required, therefore plant tickets are desired

- Minimum of two working references that validate previous experience within this field
