Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional groundworks and civil engineering sub contractor, to recruit a Civils Foreman for a 3 month contract in Manchester. This project is for a housing developer who build a mix of houses and apartments across the North West, with the civils sub contractor managing all the utilities, 278 works and groundworks package up to DPC.

The successful candidate must have a valid SSSTS, Streetworks and Confined Spaces tickets along with experience in a similar role.

The Role...

  • Managing groundworks gangs and plant operators
  • Reporting into the Site Agent and Ops Manager
  • Material Management
  • Oversight of the Foundations, Footings and Drainage/Utilities
  • Ensuring site safety

You must have...

  • SSSTS
  • Streetworks Ticket
  • Confined Spaces
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
