We're looking for a Civil Supervisor to join our Telecoms team based in Falkirk. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Location: Falkirk, Scotland

Contract: Permanent, full time

Salary: Up to £40k depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a Civils Supervisor, you'll be working within the BT Falcon cities project with our client Openreach. You will be based out of the Falkirk depot and site based within the region. As Civils Manager you will support Civils Delivery Manager ensuring we get the best from our direct labour and supplier teams on site on a day-to-day basis.

Your day to day will include:


  • Responsible for co-ordinating, supervising and quality of all our civils works, including responsibility for meeting timelines and how we perform whilst ensuring the right behaviours are being followed on site from safety aspect
  • Support the delivery of the business units KPI's, identifying area for improvements against the key measures to continual improve supplier performance
  • Work with your civils co-ordinators to ensure all estimates have suitable start dates, with allocated resources and dependencies in line with programme and improvements identified
Who are we looking for?

This role of Civils Supervisor is great for you if:


  • Experience in a Civils Supervisory role within the Telecoms industry
  • Strong technical background across multiple disciplines that are relevant to projects being overseen is necessary
  • Able to understand and implement agreed plans which support the needs of the business and support operational effectiveness
  • NRWSA
  • Valid driving licence
  • Understanding of accreditations and ensuring gangs have the accreditations required
(MT003/SA006/K8/OR Craft Accreditations (Duct / Modulars / Blockages / Frame & Covers / Dem & Rebuilds / Carriageway box builds)
