Civils Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team on a major project based near Stanwell Moor, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to take ownership of supervising works on site and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required standards.
Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring productivity, compliance, and quality.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining positive working relationships.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report updates to senior management.
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met in line with company procedures.
Support with paperwork, site diaries, and record-keeping as required.
Requirements:
Gold CSCS Card - essential.
SSSTS qualification - essential.
Proven experience supervising civils works, preferably within utilities, highways, or infrastructure projects.
Strong track record of managing sub-contractors and liaising directly with clients.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
