Location: Reading or Oxford regions - presence on site will be required but remote working may be available when possible

Responsibilities
As our Site Agent you'll join Kier who are a strategic partner to Thames Water Capital Frameworks across the Thames Water supply and treatment regions. Delivered by our Utilities and Infrastructure team who make up the Kier Natural Resources business unit, we deliver design & build services for new and existing Infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-Infrastructure assets (above ground).
Your day to day will include:
- Line Management duties of Sub-Agent, Site Engineers, and Foreman
- Implementation and monitoring of SHE policies and procedures of direct and supply chain workforce, along with site incident management / escalation
- Plan and measure day to day work activities for effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-term and contract programme milestones
- Identify opportunities to increase value through effective change management, ensuring Instructions are received and processed to realise a change to Target Cost as applicable.
- Maintaining quality standards set out in the Project Execution Plan and Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP)
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Agent is great for you if you have:
- Industry experience working on capital projects
- 5 Day - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate
- Hold full UK Driving Licence
