HGV Driver

Location: Milton Keynes

Are you looking to join a leading utilities company working in partnership with Anglian Water and Clancy Docwra.

If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a customer- centric, Class 2 driver where you can be part of this industry leading initiative, as part of a utilities team driving a vacuum excavator.

This role will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a class 2 vacuum excavator working on all parts of the integrated maintenance and repair contract.

Essential experience is required in driving and operating a HGV class 2, vacuum excavator driving experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks within the given time period
  • Accurately recording information from site
  • Select the optimum techniques in order to minimise disruption to local residents, businesses and commuting motorists whilst ensuring a quality backfill
  • Ensure the work site is safe and that all work is done in a safe manner
  • Understand the companies Health and Safety policy and carryout all work in accordance with their requirements
  • Participate in all required training
  • Cooperate in any incident/accident/damage investigation
  • HGV Licence
  • First or Emergency Aid
  • Competent in using IT (Laptop / Smartphones)
